For packaging that will come in direct contact with food, we only use food-grade materials. Examples of this include grease-resistant materials, foil-lined options, and biodegradable laminate films. Utilizing food-grade materials ensure that your products remain fresh throughout transportation.

Confectionery is particularly sensitive to environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and light. Packaging plays a key role in protecting the contents from these elements, while also preserving quality and taste. No-one wants to receive melted chocolate or stale biscuits! To further protect delicate confections, we can create vacuum formed trays made from recyclable plastic. These are great for chocolate box packaging containing an assortment of smaller treats.

To give your customers a sneak peak, we’re able to add custom shaped windows to any box using our in-house machinery. Choose from standard PET materials or biodegradable films, made from 100% corn starch. These allow the consumer to see your product before buying and can help increase purchase rates.

Our printing capabilities encompass reproducing designs in both CMYK and Pantone® colours. We can incorporate high-resolution images of your products, serving as an excellent alternative to cut-out windows. For an added touch of premium allure, consider options like coloured foils, laminates, and spot UV varnishes, enhancing products aesthetic appeal.
